We have been in this business since 1969. My wife and I are both experienced Brokers. Our offices are located in the Bermuda Dunes-La Quinta areas and Big Bear Lake, CA. We will lease and or manage your home, your condo, your business property, or provide normal services to any Home Owner's Association. We also are a full service Real Estate Brokerage.
Currently, we own and operate a real estate and a Property Management Company. Our offices are at the East end of the Valley. We have been in business in La Quinta for over 4 years and continue to grow our businesses.

If you wish us to pay all of your desert associated bills WE CAN DO THAT from our insured and protected TRUST ACCOUNT!!
WE HAVE SET UP A TRUST ACCOUNT TO PAY THOSE BILLS FOR YOU and
PROVIDE YOU WITH A MONTHLY STATEMENT FOR TAX PURPOSES, if you wish it!
If you are uncomfortable leaving your vacation home unoccupied until you return, WE CAN HANDLE THAT PROBLEM!!
We will inspect your home once a week, flush your toilets to keep the calcium buildup down, check for plumbing leaks, make sure your heat and electric are at the correct settings to keep your monthly costs as low as possible. We will check your monthly utility bills for spikes in your electric, gas and water. This will allow us to catch any needed repairs at the earlist possible time. We will supervise and inspect the completed repairs before the bills are paid.
If you have a car stored or a golf cart in the garage, we will run your car or recharge your golf cart for a time to build the battery back up. We will oversee the exterior landscaping and pool service to make sure the job that they are doing is a good one.
If you call ahead, we will go to your home to turn on lights and move the A/C or heating to your desired tempeture for your arrival. We can move the temperature up in your pool so it is ready for you, upon arrival.
If you want us to shop for groceries, we will be happy to do that for you, providing you send us a list. Our goal is to make your vacation in your home as pleasant possible.
If you need someone to hand out a key to your guests upon their arrival and pick it up and check and/or clean your home at departure, THAT'S AN EASY TASK TO HANDLE!
If you need some one to make sure that your home is cleaned up after you or your guests leave, someone who will go over and check it to make sure a great job is done, THAT'S WHAT WE DO!
If you have some repairs, remodeling, painting, plumbing, electrical, heating, or air conditioning work done, WE HAVE A LARGE LIST OF VENDORS THAT WE CAN USE, ON CALL!
If you need a ride to the airport, grocery shopping, fine dining reservations, McCallum Theater tickets or other assistance, OUR CONCIERGE SERVICE WILL HANDLE IT FOR YOU!!
If you are not using your home as much as you used to and are thinking about renting it out, we own our own vacation or full time rental company.
